I work very well with Contractors, Investors and Builders in locating land to develop and marketing the homes they build. I am a member of California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, West Contra Costa Association and have designations from GRI,RECS. I served on the Board of Realtors, chairperson of Pro-standards and Grievance committees and many other board committees. I have been on the San Pablo Housing Appeals Board for the past 15 years.
